We had a very specific bucket list for Chris and he did his absolute best to make sure we found the perfect home. He was patient, professional, attentive, punctual and diligent. I would text him often with questions and he always got back to me right away. Buying a new home can be stressful, but Chris helped make it as smooth as possible. It was a pleasure working with him.

Chris DiToro is the guy who calms you down and brings it all together. In the beginning of the process, his comps helped me gauge where I should be as far as price goes. He explained fully how the market was at the time, and what changes needed to be made during these trying COVID times. He was with me and my wife throughout the process. I called with a ton of questions. If he didn't answer, he always returned my call promptly. Our family moved south, before the scheduled closing. I felt comfortable handing the keys over to Chris. He called me every time he checked up on the house. How many realtors would do that?? He made weekly visits, putting my nerves at ease. If you're looking for an honest realtor who has your best interests at heart, look no further than Chris. There is no nonsense with him. Chris will tell it to you straight. He is the steady hand in a sometimes turbulent process.
