After many months of working with Christopher, he helped us find our dream house. It was somewhat problematic being that we lived in Pennsylvania and took us 3 hours to drive to Staten Island. The appointment scheduling could have been a difficult task, however; Christopher coordinated and arranged multiple back-to-back appointments as he knew we had a long return drive. Christopher is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable of the Staten Island housing market. We have made a new friend on Staten Island.

Selling a home has to be one of the most stressful life events for anyone, even if you have nerves of steel. Chris DiToro is the guy who calms you down and brings it all together. In the beginning of the process, his comps helped me gauge where I should be as far as price goes. He explained fully how the market was at the time, and what changes needed to be made during these trying COVID times. He was with me and my wife throughout the process. I called with a ton of questions. If he didn't answer, he always returned my call promptly. Our family moved south, before the scheduled closing. I felt comfortable handing the keys over to Chris.
